Have just been supporting an event for IBM Japan about the future of the 3D internet.

It all went pretty well and you can see the video by clicking on the link above and pressing “ON-DEMAND” or going direct to the replays: Presentations, Discussions.

I had about 17 virtual cameras setup plus I used the 3D “Space Navigaor” mouse to pan around the audience etc.  Take a quick look, even if you don’t speak Japanese for the lovely camera work!  There were two learning points that came up:

  1. Don’t accidentally leave your mic on! (my daughter ran into the room asking for me to go and play)!
  2. Consider using speech bubbles so you know who’s asking a question.
